Inconsistent Syncing on Outlook iOS and Outlook Mac

Very inconsistent syncing, when all other email accounts (not purelymail) are syncing fine. Would love to know if there is a fix for this!
I have had these reports from a few other customers. I'm not really sure what the issue is. I'm guessing that since it's a relatively recent issue some software update broke it; with great luck some software update will magically fix it again.
