Unknown wait for support replies
When emails are sent to either contact or support it would be more satisfactory if a rapid reply was sent indicating when the matter is likely to be attended to.
I sent an email to support 2 days ago with a reminder this morning but have not so far received a reply. Whilst 2 days is not excessive for many services it is longer than I have waited in the past and is a little surprising in view of Scott's remark: "If you don't get a response within an hour, we're probably asleep".
Perhaps I did not explain that a delay will cause me difficulties.
I think that specific verbiage has been around for like 6 years. It's outdated, so I'll remove it. In general I get way too many support questions to guarantee that fast a turnaround, but I try to clear out all questions within a couple days.
