When upgrading from trial mode, remaining credits are lost
After being in trial mode for 2 weeks, I upgraded today with around $0.34 credits remaining, only to find that the balance is $9.98 (under default simple plan), and $9.99 after I switched to advanced plan.
For super low volume users, this means that there is little incentive for trial users to upgrade sooner rather than later (other than removing the external email limitation).
(And in my case, I am not in urgent need of the removal of limitation, so I would have stayed in trial mode until the credits run out, if I had known this issue.)
Hopefully Purelymail can consider:
- Allowing the user to keep remaining credits from trial account
- If the above is not possible, adding a friendly reminder that the remaining credits will be lost and cannot be transferred to the upgraded account.
