[Feature Request] Webmail Folder Management

Hello,

For ease of use, it would be nice to be able to add/remove folders from the mail tab, instead of having to navigate the the "manage folders" settings menu.

Adding a right click menu item for adding a sub-folder to any existing folder, as well as adding a right click option to existing sub-folders to delete them would make folder management a lot more convenient than it is now, especially for someone who prefers adding folders as needed.

This feature request is probably better suited to Roundcube, the webmail interface Purelymail uses.
