This attachment appears to be empty...
Since yesterday, myself and others under my domain using different computers at different locations are unable to open attachments in Roundcube. We receive the subject message when clicking on an attachment. Yet, I am still able to open attachments through Outlook. Any idea what might be going on here?
This was caused by recent IMAP changes and should now be fixed.
Thank you. The problem as described appears to have been fixed.
But there's another problem (perhaps related) that I'm experiencing particular to images. I have received a message that supposedly contain images, I'm guessing that these might be inline images and not file attachments. They were sent by an iPhone through a gmail account.
The images are not appearing in Roundcube, only displaying as a little generic icon with a white line through it and the file name in the body of the message. The images are not identified as attachments. There doesn't appear to be anyway to see them.
Outlook displays little white boxes with red x generic icons, but does offer them up like attachments, where they can be previewed and downloaded.
Any idea what might be going on in this situation?
Incidentally, this apparent inline image issue does not seem to be consistent, as I am receiving messages with inline images that are viewable in Roundcube.
You'll probably have to forward whatever email is causing that issue to support then, so I can debug it.
