Some Indication of Popularity/Repute

there is no .net desktop runtime in scoop official repos yet (only whole sdk). I suggest to put it in Versions repo because it is LTS older version for older systems. Current stable v8 should be in the main repo in my opinion (v6 and v9 in Versions repo).
