Adding the godot dev versions [MANIFEST FIXED]

There are godot-beta godot-alpha but no godot dev, Because its highly experimental i named it godot-dev.exe / Godot Engine Dev. I couldn't figure out to make a prompt how the user wants it named but i think that solution should be good. It also uses Godots official builds from GitHub instead of tuxfamily because tuxfamily is down at this moment.
