[BUG]: WakeMeOnLan not saving data

Prerequisites

Expected/Current Behaviour

Usually running this program from the official site, it will create a wakemeonlan.cfg file so that when I go back into it, it remembers the data from the last scan. Under Scoop it is blank on each launch

Steps to Reproduce

Scoop:
Open WakeMeOnLan
Scan
Close WakeMeOnLan
Open WakeMeOnLan again
See that the list is missing

Now do the same on manual ZIP extracted copy - https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/wake_on_lan.html
The data persists

Possible Solution

I think that [persist] symbolic links are not working. Maybe this is only for folders not files
