choose: Add version 1.3.7
~~Their release for 1.3.6 has a non-standard naming (no .exe suffix). They said they will fix it for the next release (https://github.com/theryangeary/choose/issues/72) . So the auto-update URL is different than the current 1.3.6 download url~~
Updated to v1.3.7 and the new download URL.
Closes: #6724

The forced auto-update failure is expected, as as the current version (v1.3.6) is broken and does not conform with the expected auto-update url
Hey, just found this, I'm the creator/maintainer of choose. Is it more/less helpful if I name an asset choose.exe vs choose-x86_64-pc-windows-gnu.exe? I plan on keeping the existing choose-x86_64-pc-windows-gnu (no .exe) to prevent breaking any expectations by users, so whatever .exe is provided is going to be purely additive.
also added a comment with questions you may be able to help inform @jack-mil, but couldn't seem to @ you in that repo.
