[Bug]: vcpkg fails to run installer

Prerequisites

Expected/Current Behaviour

When running scoop install vcpkg the file downloads, pre-install script succeeds, and then installer fails with error code 1. All other packages install correctly and i have tested with and without aria2 enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

PS> scoop install vcpkg

Possible Solution

I have no more relevent information to think of a solution.

I am also having the same problem
