[Bug]: can't install go history version

Expected/Current Behaviour

I should install it correctly

Steps to Reproduce

scoop install [email protected]

then bug occured

Possible Solution

WindowsTerminal_iOz70k9Bmj Although I don't know why it's a 32bit link, it may be caused by the whole link is wrong that has been removed by google
