[Bug]: Inconsistent Update Behavior for Language Support Packages in xpdf-tools-lsp

Prerequisites

Package Name

xpdf-tools-lsp

Expected/Current Behaviour

Use the latest version of the language support package as the version of the xpdf-tools-lsp package. Instead of the current version of the xpdf-tools-lsp package based on the Latin2 version.

Steps to Reproduce

`scoop install xpdf-tools-lsp`
or 
`scoop update xpdf-tools-lsp`
will get hash error. As some language support packages have updated to newer verison than that of the language support package-Latin2.

Possible Solution

Can I obtain the latest version of multiple versions?
