It's usable for me.

And the last stable version is 3.3.0 instead of 3.31.

the thing is: after installation I can't get to the login screen (stuck in the loop) unlike the original homepage URL.

I think it may be missing install the tap driver with UAC, this is a difficult problem

I reached out to their support team and they said that Github installer have an issue and it takes time for solving the issue. So, that's why they always recommend using the homepage installer URL (https://installers.privateinternetaccess.com/download/pia-windows-x64-3.3.1-06924.exe) for best experience. So, I think this needs to be considered as well.
