[Feature]: Discord: Add arm64 support

On windows on arm, the arm64 version of Discord should be installed

Discord in the extras bucket uses the Portapps version, so you may also want to create an issue on https://github.com/portapps/discord-portable/issues since the Portapps version doesn't package ARM yet. Alternatively, if you want to use the official ARM version, you can check the manifest file in my bucket and maybe give it a try

I've created PRs about Discord before, but they only received reviews from a contributor. So I'm continuing with my personal bucket instead, waiting for a merge would take forever
