v2rayn: Add selfcontained/desktop edition

This PR makes the following changes:

• v2rayn: Remove reliance on Xray core(Xray is contained in v2rayN releases), update license, add notes for different edition.
• v2rayn-selfcontained: Add version 7.12.5.
• v2rayn-desktop: Add version 7.12.5.
