[email protected]: Change user data location

The portable builds of XL Converter v1.2.0 now store user data within the program's directory (_internal/user_data). I'm submitting a pull request, adding this directory to persist, and removing unnecessary post_install.

Hello? It's been 3 months. Could anyone please review my pull request? My users need this change. Without it, the user data will keep getting reset every update.
