I think they're mostly not yet building the Windows builds upstream and the old builds seem to be already gone.

They'd presumably have to each enable craft-windows-x86-64[-qt6].yml or craft-windows-mingw64[-qt6].yml or comparable as per https://blogs.kde.org/2024/01/30/farewell-binary-factory-add-craft-jobs-your-apps-kdes-gitlab-now/ and with a longer artifact retention than what they usually seem to use (which appears to be mostly some days to a week).

For education/kturtle, multimedia/kdenlive, network/kdeconnect-kde, network/neochat, network/ruqola, office/kmymoney, utilities/kate, and utilities/konsole, Windows binaries have been available for a few hours now. https://cdn.kde.org/ci-builds/

Nightly versions updated in ScoopInstaller/Versions#1662.

Fixed for kate and okular but in a bit cheating way, just to make it usable, checkver still to be updated. Don't see any elegant way except using script within checkver at the moment.
