[Bug]: Flow Launcher Settings deleted during update

Expected/Current Behaviour

When updating via scoop, I would expect my settings to remain. But they got deleted during the update from version 1.16.2 to 1.17.1. The settings were located in the persist directory previously and are there now, but empty.

The following is the output during the update. No warning or whatsoever.
