Hierarchy mirror tween angle bug
Problem description
I have a hierarchy. The child object has the Tween behavior. When the parent is mirrored and I do a Tween Angle, the end angle becomes random.

Steps to reproduce
- Open and run the project.
- Press
1to mirror the parent. - Press
2to startTween Angle. Note that each time we runTween Anglewe get a random angle.

Expected result
I expect Tween Angle to be null-terminated.
This works well if the parent is not mirrored:

A fix for this will go out when the next release cycle starts.
Reopening because this is causing a regression issue from the last stable r379. The next stable will not include this fix which was added in r380.
