Splatoon 2 Update ROMFS can not be saved on 1.2.0

Failed to save romfs using section1dir=, section1=, romfs= and romfsdir= but works on 1.10 using these options.

1.2.0 was released with broken update extraction, it's fixed on the latest commit but you need to compile it yourself because for some reason there's no fixed build.
