Test server auth cmd `events-listen` with event `APIEventServerConfig`

A previous attempt was made to test the event events_listen.APIEventServerConfig but the test did not finish (Alice never receive the event).

The goal of this issue is to have a test that send the APIEventServerConfig and Alice receive it.
