The version of Visual Studio

hi, thanks for sharing this wonderful project. On my computer, I installed Visual Studio 2015 with .Net Framework 4.7.1.

Windows 10
Visual Studio 2015
.Net Framework 4.7.1

When I use Keras.NET and Tensorflow.Net, there will be some error, even I run the example code. Is that matter the version of Visual Studio or .Net Framework? should I upgrade the version for Visual Studio and .Net Framework ?
