Host agent icon improvement

Modify the Host Agent pop-up mechanism. Currently, only when the user clicks the Host Agent icon can a WebSocket connection be established with the server. This results in the server being unable to push messages to the front end. If the user does not click that button, the number of messages cannot be displayed.
