Benchmarking with Gillespy2

Opening here a thread to keep track of progress for benchmarking with GillesPy2 and Gillepy2julia. (Have some health issues so will be little slow for now)

Bdw, has anybody tried using julia wrapper of gillespy2?? I had following issue https://github.com/StochSS/GillesPy2lia/issues/1

It looks like it's just an extremely thin wrapper.

And time span restricted by default, 0 to 100. I found it little 😬
