TagBot issue

Describe the bug 🐞

Tagbot is failing on the new version (0.9.5) as can be seen here. The version displayed on the project's page is 0.9.3, adding the package adds 0.9.4

It says "internal failure". In my experience, thus means something went wrong on GitHubs side. I once resolved a similar issue with another bot by removing the action, waiting a week and reinstalling it.

I've tried this in #235 and #242 but it didn't work

Judging by the latest failed action logs^1, it looks like the failure is because TagBot is unable to push to the repository. I've recycled the secrets again and we can see if it works as expected for the next release.
