Example notebooks (Jupyter/Pluto) illustrating interactivity

To aid users who may not know what can be done in such environments.

Would the best approach be to create a folder (at the top level, together with src etc.) called "example_noetbooks" and place them there? It could contain a README.txt and Jupyter and a Pluto example.

Probably better to make a new repo. Maybe CatalystNotebooks?
