Scigraph returns two terms for this text

Myopathic facies

  1. Myopathic facies
  2. Myopathy

This does not make sense because if we find a good match for a longer phrase, then we should not additionally match shorter subphrases.

If you are using the /annotations endpoint there is the longestOnly option that controls this.
