CRITICAL: Why are parvalbumin neurons coming up spiny?

Open memartone opened this issue 5 years ago • 1 comments

When I search the Allen Data Base for Htr3a-Cre_NO152|Pvalb-T2A-Dre, all I get are aspiny neurons (as I would expect), but in the NPO, I get these: 'Mus musculus female right cerebral hemisphere VISl4 -Apical Dendrite -Spiny +Pvalb-IRES-Cre +Ai14(RCL-tdT) neuron (AllenCT)'

As far as I know, cells with apical dendrites and spines are not parvalbumin neurons. What is going on?
