paxinos errata

Kîlliker-Fuse is a type setter's error (or someone's). It is properly Kölliker-Fuse after https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albert_von_K%C3%B6lliker (based on Swanson's citations to his 1896 as seen here https://github.com/SciCrunch/NIF-Ontology/blob/610363fc47f63290d0e5a3d205b43f6dcf45b707/ttl/generated/swanson.ttl#L5014.
