Add ABM Benchmark to CI

Motivation / Current Behaviour

The ABM needs to be run manually. It would be better if it was run automatically and compared with previous results.

Enhancement description

Add a job to the CI pipeline to run a benchmark. Do we need a new runner?

Store the benchmark results somewhere (how, where?)

Post the benchmark results to the merge request. there should be a github action or service available, similar to codecov.
