Computation of the Effective Reproduction Number in the SECIRVVS Model
Feature description
We again calculate the Effective Reproduction Number at an arbitrary time t, this time in the SECIRVVS Model, so also considering immunity. As in the SECIR Model, we will neglect the same second-order dependence arising from the \xi variables. Also, since the inflow of people from commuter testing is not part of the differential equations, but done discretely, we cannot consider the commuter testing compartments. This might have to be done later by some approximation. The details are spelled out in the attached PDF
This calculation is by far the most involved and complex and therefore very prone to error. Testing would therefore be very important. The problem arises how to test this computation. Because it arises directly from the differential equations. And we therefore cannot compare to other data. Reproduction_numbers_in_the_secirvvs_model (15).pdf
