• Added multiplicative tolerance to Flow Clamping to avoid negative compartments (which would result in nan at later timesteps)

If need be, add additional information and what the reviewer should look out for in particular:

• Additive Tolerance did not work in cases where compartments were very small (e.g. 0) because this resultate in low > high in clamping
