Update SciCat backend SDK

Summary

The Backend SDK that is currently used in the FE is old and was generated with BE v3.x. We need to update to match BE v4.x and, more important, we should autogenerate it and make sure to keep it updated with the latest version of the BE.

Current Behaviour

Backend SDK is not updated and kept in sync with the current version of the BE

Expected Behaviour

Backend SDK should be updated anytime there is a release of the BE.
