Improve user groups listing

Summary

Under user settings, groups are presented as a comma separated list of groups. The list will quickly grow and become unreadable. I would like to find a better and more elegant way to present this information.

Steps to Reproduce

• login in to your scicat instance running BE v4.x
• open the menu under the user name
• select "Settings"
• groups are listed in the "User Information" tile

When clicking on the view icon, it will open a modal with the list of groups, which should be allowed to be copied and maybe additional information
