Incorrect Error message while forgotten to define the parameter

Hello!

Thank you for a great tool! I noticed the error message to inform wrong. In case I have forgotten to define the -cs option value, the error message tells me Unknown parameter 'fastq'. After I have defined the parameter to -cs 1, the script worked out well.
