feature request: option to prevent fountain diving

Fountains have an aura that removes hp (since hp loss damage type doesnt work, maybe a thinker on the aura effect that reduces current hp, so that should a mode give dispersion 100% it can still be dealth with) based on a percentage of your current health. That percent can be defined with the other options and defaults to zero.
