BleachBit confuse the locale path detection

This is not a serious problem but if you use some cleaning program like "BleachBit" to remove unused language resources and "de" is not in your "keep list" a wrong locale path is used. Gnome-pie uses some fixed files like "/usr/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/gnomepie.mo" to determine the current locale folder. Using the current locale code to check the path could be safer.
