Seems to be a request, not an issue. ;) I'm still using OC 0.9.5. - it's working just fine.

Yes, I’m using Sonoma and everything works. At least I didn't notice anything negative during my workflow.

Do you install sonoma updating old os or fresh install ?

I have just followed Chris's instructions to upgrade from the previous operating system, which means I am still using Sonoma 14.0 with no further updates.

I'm having a number of minor issues with Ventura so I am going to reinstall, but I also thought I would upgrade. Are you saying we can't go beyond 14.0? and Will installing 0.9.5 allow me to download sonoma?

I didn't say we couldn't go beyond 14.0. I simply mentioned that I hadn't attempted it, following the concept of 'don't touch a running system'. ;) You'll need to download a full installer of Sonoma 14.0, as mentioned by Chris in his last post regarding the upgrade to OC 0.9.5 on September 23rd.

I won't be updating further as I'm waiting for the mac mini m3 pro. After almost 4 years of using a hackintosh (which was actually introduced to me by Chris), I am determined to fully switch to a native Mac with an M processor.

That is totally fair, I guess I just got worried when I read that as that was a thing in the past, but you're right about don't touch something that isn't broken. I didn't see his post. I'll go read that now.

I'm considering the switch to an M processor too, there have just been too many little things go slightly wrong on my main machine that I need to spend time fixing and I just need it to work. Like right now, facetime, I can't see the other person's video. Only on facetime so I have to use my phone.
