Thunderbolt 3 Read/Write slow | Optimizing for i7 10700K?

Hey there,

Thanks for all your work on this. I'm running your latest 0.6.4 release.

I've noticed that the read/write speed when connected through Thundernolt 3 is very slow. Hotplug works and the drives show up and I believe I've set all BIOS settings correctly. Currently, my USB 3.0 connections are faster and more reliable than Thunderbolt 3. Any suggestions for a fix?

Everything with my processor appears to be working correctly, but are there any optimizations I should input if I'm running an i7 10700K instead of your i9?
