Can I use your EFI without modification? I think it should not be possible, What EFI needs to change after the CPU is changed?

You would need to generate new MLB, Serial, SystemUUID in order Apple services to work.

You can read more here: https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Post-Install/universal/iservices.html#generate-a-new-serial There is section about that in readme: https://github.com/SchmockLord/Hackintosh-Intel-i9-10900k-Gigabyte-Z490-Vision-D/blob/master/TechnicalNotes.md/#technical-note-installation--serial-numbers

I'm using this config with i7-10700K & RX 5700 XT, so if RX580 is supported by OS and have needed drivers in place, it should work out of the box.

I have the 10700K and RX580 as well. Works great - have been running since June. Just follow what @g3d mentioned above. No furher modification is needed with the current EFI. Good luck!

I also have the same MB with 10700K and RX580. I got it working with opencore 0.6.4. Almost everything works but have a few issues while booting. So I mounted my EFI from my hackintosh and Changed my entire EFI with the EFI you provided. I got a new bootmenu but I got stuck in booting. My question is whether you can replace your EFI this way or whether you have to do a fresh install. @SchmockLord, Bitte gib mir einen Hinweis
