Update settings for onboard NIC

Add a note to manually set the ethernet port hardware configuration to Manually, and duplex full, Big Sur seems to include new duplex settings, new to me.

  • Full Duplex
  • Full Duplex with Flow Control
  • Full Duplex energy-efficient-ethernet
  • Full Duplex with Flow Control and energy-efficient-ethernet

Anything not Full Duplex on the i225-v(3) for this motherboard seems to show interface enabled, but no actual network connectivity beyond IP address. I also added boot args dk.e1000=0, not sure if this helps though.

https://github.com/dortania/bugtracker/issues/213 here is where I got the boot-args idea from. The manual interface setting was from messing around in frustration.

Boot argument is the only thing I'm using these days. Removed all other methods and it works without issues for me. On my B550 phantom gaming itx board boot argument was the only thing that got the card working. Everything else was crashing the system completely.

Either Full Duplex only or Full Duplex with Flow Control both seem to work for me, I noticed including flow control is closer to the default settings before they were changed. Is there an advantage to 1 over the other?
