TB4 and GPU/HOT Plug

Just as a heads up, I have this working (not fully hot plug).

If you take a DisplayPort Out from the GPU and plug it into the Motherboard DisplayPort as an Input, the TB4 Port directly next to the Motherboard DisplayPort becomes Video out and works as a hotplug. I modified my settings on the Bios to support GPIO-Pwr and delay set to 20ms.

I have a monitor that has USB ports on this, and they work over the thunderbolt connection to the Motherboard.

Thanks, this is useful. The default delay was 200ms.

I tried it with my TB4 dock and a Type-C monitor plugged to the dock and it worked.

@SchmockLord, would you please consider to add this BIOS setting to the README?
