Proxy support

Hello, I've been using this library for a while now hosted on heroku. but the problem is that heroku often changes the ip which makes facebook lock the account. So, is there a way to support proxies or even a better way than using heroku?

I'm not sure what would be required to make this api more proxy-friendly but I don't mind if someone wants to propose something.
