Alert/notification if download is 'nothing found' for X amount of time

Could we get some sort of configurable notification (slack webhooks would be awesome) that send when an episode is not found for X amount of time?

e.g If the auto-downloader runs every 15 minutes, then maybe after 48 hours (192 runs) if an episode has not download, notification is generated and is sent to slack (or some other service). Then a user can check what's happening.

Is this possible?
