Remove "intended" log spam

Essential spams a LOT to logs (see attached image). It's because of the world host feature when on Hypixel. Apparently its intended debug logs but it's spammed constantly and is insanely stupid. According to another user "made support ticket with essential, their response was: no, its there for world hosting debug"

You can find these in this log i have: https://hst.sh/jugocuyisi io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.io.IOException: Bad packet id 170 starting around like 1700 or so.

Also, not directly related to Essential, but ModCore also spams the hell out of logs, would this be in scope to remove?
