Does this library work with NGINX server?

when we implemented it, we got following error

http://aaaa.xxx.com/booster/booster_css.php/dir=css/menu.css&cachedir=booster_cache&totalparts=1&part=1&debug=1&nocache=1469614757

404 not found error

Sorry, doesn't work with NGINX!
