New Pub.dev package release with latest fix are planed ?
When do you plan to make a new flutter package Release available on Pub.dev which includes the latest fix concerning: Type 'DecoderCallback' not found In flutter 3.16 (Maybe I'm impatient, but this package is blocking my release process).
This concerns this closed issue: https://github.com/ScerIO/packages.flutter/issues/448
Its blocking mine too, needed to downgrade, but thankfully https://fvm.app exists. Give it a try as well!
Il bloque également le mien, il fallait rétrograder, mais heureusement, https://fvm.app existe. Essayez-le également !
Thank you for your feedback, I need version of flutter 3.16 which fixes major problems on my side, I can downgrade from it...

I get your point, then it's really blocking :( Please add a new release for pdfx @SergeShkurko.
You can use
pdfx:
git:
url: https://github.com/ScerIO/packages.flutter
ref: 8b105a7dfc6b90220c1d79fcb805fb764cab00c5
path: packages/pdfx

Thank's, This is already what I use (because I don't have choice), but I need an official versioned version to create a release of my application in production
Blocking us as well
Same here (blocking)
@SergeShkurko Can you possibly publish to pub.dev? Thanks!
Same here! I would appreciate it if we could have a new pub.dev version 🙏
Same here!
We are also blocked on this
Add my name to the list.
Same here!
Yah also blocking me
@SergeShkurko could you provide a status update?

Maybe the author is in the battlefield. What happened if nobody maintain the project? could anyone else publish it?
Maybe the author is in the battlefield. What happened if nobody maintain the project? could anyone else publish it?
Yes, since it is open source, someone could publish it under a new name.
I wrote the author a mail some days ago. Let's give him some more time. I hope he is doing well despite the current situation.
I wrote to the author 30 days ago still no change. I fear something could have happened to him. This package is too big and important to be maintained by one man. Maybe Flutter Community should be asked to take over.

According to his GitHub Profile, there is some activity:
Let's hope for the best :-)
@ManuelRauber ... Regarding "Yes, since it is open source, someone could publish it under a new name."... It crossed my mind too. I think it would pollute pub.dev, so that's the only reason I've not done that yet.

I had that thought too. We live in strange times, where part of the risk assessment of an open source project isn't code quality alone but also, whether the author might be at war or even gets killed in that war. I hope, he's fine.
git commit, push. then charge the enemy. (joking). hope is just a vacation or something...
pdfx_plugin is published on 2023-12-22, but it failed in macos as pod file name is not correct; it should be pdfx_plugin.podspec but is pdfx.podspec; maybe ios has the same problem;

Wrong repo. This is the original pdfx package. Someone republished it under pdfx_plugin and did not do a good job in renaming everything.
