Provide Draggable Scrollbar/Thumb when scrolling direction is Axis.vertical

It would be very handy if a ready to use draggable scrollbar or thumb is given.

This type of scrollbar is usually seen at right side of the pdf viewer with page number displayed in it. This is very useful for scrolling or jumping to some page.
