Server automatically closed when using rcon to connect the server

Describe the bug Server down when I try to use rcon app to fonnect the server. No matter what is the rcon port.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. enable rcon and set the port in server.properties
2. restart the server
3. use the rcon app to connect the server
4. the server down

Expected behavior Connect to the server and manage it as using the console but in anywhere, anytime.
