Have SSS support laser-guided munitions from artillery and CAS

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Seems like laser-guided munitions don't hit their target. It works fine with vanilla.

Describe the solution you'd like I love SSS and would like it to be an ALL-IN-ONE. I think this is the last piece that's missing
